Setup Zoom meeting chat "auto-save" feature
How to set up Zoom's "Meeting chat auto-save" feature:
- Open the zoom desktop app and make sure you are logged in.
- Click your account icon in the upper right hand corner and select settings.
- Click the blue link at the bottom of the new settings window that says "View more settings".
- On the left side of the browser window under the "Personal" category > click Settings.
- Click the Recordings tab.
- Checkmark the "Save chat messages from the meeting / webinar" option. It looks like this:

The chat files are accessed from the cloud recording page:
